Women's Retreat 2026

All women of the church and community are invited to our annual Women's Retreat. The 2026 retreat will be March 6-7, beginning Friday evening and concluding Saturday afternoon. The location is Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin (5100 Upper Metro Place,  Dublin, OH 43017). You can choose to stay at the hotel or commute. If you choose to stay at the hotel, you must make your own room reservations. More details on that are below.

The retreat will be led by Pastor Mebane and the theme for the weekend is Reconstruction: Beauty in the Broken Places. Invite your friends to join you for this rejuvenating time together.

About the theme

Life has a way of breaking us down — through loss, change, disappointment, or simply the weight of everyday struggles. But Scripture reminds us that God is the Master Builder, meeting us in the valley of dry bones, guiding us brick by brick, and transforming us into new creations in Christ.  At our women’s retreat, Reconstruction: Beauty in the Broken Places, we’ll explore stories of faith, resilience, and renewal. Through Scripture, film, discussion, and creative activities, we’ll discover how God brings hope out of ruins, strength out of struggle, and beauty out of brokenness. 

Come as you are — no matter what’s cracked or crumbling — and leave reminded that in God’s hands, your story is still under construction, and the best is yet to come.

Cost

The cost for the retreat is $110 per person. This covers Friday night hors d’oeuvres, Saturday breakfast buffet, and Saturday lunch (Mixed Berry Chicken Salad, rolls, fresh fruit, coffee, hot tea, iced tea and dessert). It also covers the cost of the meeting room we will use for the event.  All payments are non-refundable as of February 1, 2026. This cost does not include overnight hotel stays. Those reservations must be made separately (details below).

Rooms

You must make your own hotel reservations. You can choose from a standard king suite (one king bed) or a standard double suite (two double beds). Both include a separate living area with full-size sleeper sofa, microwave, refrigerator, wet bar and coffee maker. You also get free wi-fi and access to the pool and fitness center, as well as some drink tickets.

You can choose whether you want your own space or gather some friends to be your roommates and split the room cost. The cost of the room is currently $139 + tax. The room price may change after the first of the year. Rooms must be reserved by Sunday, February 1.
