Women’s Retreat 2025

Come and join us as Pastor Mebane leads us in exploring letting go of the extra baggage we all tend to carry as we become more “Outward Bound for the Soul.”

Location:
The retreat will be held at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center located at 100 Green Meadows Drive South near the intersection of Powell Road and US 23 North.

Schedule:
We will meet Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. for light hors d’oeuvres with our first session starting at 7:00. Saturday’s activities will include breakfast, sessions and lunch.  We will conclude our time together with communion and head for home around 3:00 p.m.

Cost:

$250.00 for single occupancy overnight stay with Friday night appetizers and Saturday breakfast and lunch

$160.00 for double occupancy overnight stay with Friday night appetizers and Saturday breakfast and lunch. If you would like double occupancy, you are responsible for finding a roommate. Invite a friend to join you.

$70.00 no overnight stay – includes Friday night appetizers and Saturday lunch

$90.00 no overnight stay – includes Friday night appetizers and Saturday breakfast and lunch

Deadline:

Register by Wednesday January 15 using the form below. Payment can be made after registration by turning in cash or check to Denise Regenbogen in the Finance Office. You can also pay via paypal using this link: PayPal Please be sure to choose other for the fund.

We currently have twenty rooms available.  Please register early so we can add additional rooms if necessary. Please note that there will be no refunds after January 15.

I understand that I am registering for the 2025 Women's Retreat that will be held February 28-March 1. I agree to pay the above fees associated with the type of registration I chose. Payment can be made by cash or check made payable to Northwest United Methodist Church with Women's Retreat in the memo line, or make arrangements to pay by credit card with Denise Regenbogen at finance@nwumc.com.  I understand that this payment is nonrefundable after January 15.
